Erica Czajkowski of Deloitte & Touche, Katherine Donovan of Whittlesey Named to 2022 Hartford Business Journal's '40 Under 40'

The CTCPA was proud to see two CTCPA members on the Hartford Business Journal's 2022 "40 Under 40."
Erica Czajkowski is an audit and assurance managing director at Deloitte & Touche LLP with more than 16 years of experience serving public and private clients within both Deloitte's financial services and commercial practices.
She specializes within the insurance and manufacturing industries. Czajkowski has also held a number of leadership positions throughout her career including having participated in Deloitte's Management Development Program, as well as serving as the Hartford Office diversity, equity and inclusion leader. She was recognized as one of the CTCPA "Women to Watch" award winners in 2021.
Katherine Donovan, CPA is an assurance manager at Whittlesey with more than 12 years of experience. Donovan effectively manages employee benefit plan, closely-held and nonprofit engagements. She is active in the closely-held and benefit plan niches, where she provides insights into technical, client service and marketing best practices. Donovan also leads the audit department new hire training and scheduler role.
She was recognized as one of the CTCPA "Women to Watch" award winners in 2020.
