Connecticut Professionals' Leadership Academy Graduate
Graduates of the Connecticut Professionals' Leadership Academy complete a six-month, cross-industry program where they develop core leadership skills, strengthen communication and strategic thinking, and build lasting professional relationships. They emerge equipped to lead within their organizations, collaborate across professions, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Representing organizations including the Connecticut Society of CPAs, AIA Connecticut, CFA Society Hartford, Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals, and the Hartford County Bar Association, participants meet monthly to engage in interactive sessions on topics including effective team leadership, lean principles, negotiation, legislative advocacy, personal branding, and board service.
