The Town operates under a unique governance model where the Board of Estimate and Taxation (BET) oversees financial management and appoints the CFO. Managing a consolidated $650 million budget, the CFO ensures sound fiscal practices, transparency, and strategic oversight.

Greenwich seeks an experienced CFO-Comptroller to lead its financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader with expertise in government finance, budgeting, and accounting. A bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or a related field is required; a master’s degree and CPA are preferred. Candidates should have 10 years of progressively responsible experience, including at least six in a leadership role.

Salary: $200,000–$260,000 DOQ.
