Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst in our Stamford, CT Headquarters to provide support for our ReadyRefresh and Retail Divisions. This position is a hybrid role with a requirement of 3 days in the office. This position will report to the ReadyRefresh Accounting Manager.

This role can be based out of our Stamford, CT HQ or our Coppell, TX facility with a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office).

This role will provide accounting support to the ReadyRefresh Accounting team and act as a vital decision support business partner. In addition, focused support will be provided to the Retail Accounting team. Monthly closing activities are a key part of the role and are performed to ensure accurate, complete financials in accordance with GAAP. The role will also provide our business partners with key insights and/or recommendations based on our analytical reviews. This role will play an active role on cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Perform monthly closing activities
• Perform monthly P&L analysis and KPI reporting
• Provide accounting support for the RMS database
• Prepare monthly Asset Based Lending analysis on ReadyRefresh’s Accounts Receivable
• Liaison with business partners on accounting questions; perform research and provide proper recommendations
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and associated analysis
• Manage the trade & marketing coupon settlement process for the Retail business. Support Marketing Finance with reporting and analytics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include:

• Must have BA/BS in Accounting; MBA or CPA is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of General Financial, Accounting (GAAP) and Business principles experience
• CPG experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of cross functional business partners.
