Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury to be located in Stamford, CT and report to the Chief Accounting Officer as part of the Accounting team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily cash management activities including payment approvals.
• Assist in daily cash forecasting & positioning processes used for liquidity purposes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert of the debt agreements and prepare all debt compliance reporting as required in the agreement.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s treasury processes, to identify and expand best practices and drive implementation of process improvements.
• Establish and implement treasury KPI’s & define entitlement, including the areas of risk management, investing, funding, FX, cash management, and operations.
• Ensure the effectiveness and adequacy of policies, procedures, and controls for the company and creating new and improved mechanisms, policies, and procedures when necessary.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in finance, accounting or a related field required
• MBA and/or CFA highly preferred.
• 8+ years of corporate treasury experience.
• Experience negotiating debt agreements and strong understanding of bank and lender markets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for the management of accounting team.
• Financial planning and analysis or adjacent field of finance, investment banking, consulting, business intelligence or accounting.
• Microsoft Office Suite required, Oracle, PeopleSoft and/or Hyperion Planning experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships, embrace change and manage the business with an owner’s mindset.
