Director of Financial Planning Services - NO SALES

Are you a Financial Planner, CPA, Tax Planner, Coordinator, Implementer and do you manage complex projects and tasks with an attention to data, detail, deadlines, and dedication?

We are hiring a Director of Financial Planning Services for our growing firm.  This role drives the process and brings it all together as a Project Manager and Implementer for our clients’ financial planning services.  Our talented team of ten works collaboratively to provide expertise and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Accountabilities Overview

• Research & Review of Data, Products, Investments and provides Technology expertise and support to the advisor.  Serves as the “go to” person for the team.
• Financial Plan Manufacture – Coordinates, Analyzes and & Produces the Plan Draft & Program.
• Client Meetings Preparation – Brings it all together in a Presentation and Participates in client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• CFP or in progress or CPA; Series 7 and insurance license is a plus.
• Experience supporting strategies for retirement, savings allocations, life insurance needs and asset management to conceptualize and plan for anticipated and unexpected events (adding and supporting dependents, changes in employment status, premature death, long term care, disability and more) to support clients’ financial goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, coordination, organization, communication, and implementation.
• Customer service, professional demeanor and leadership that comes naturally with the internal team, clients, and Financial Services relationships/stakeholders.
• Competencies include customer focus, analytical skills, research, conceptual thinking, teamwork, personal accountability, goal orientation, time and priority management.
