Overview

Join us for a focused, practical readiness briefing for CFOs, controllers, accounting directors, finance leaders, internal audit professionals, and other professionals working inside organizations. We'll cover what is changing, why it matters to your organization, and what you should begin preparing for before year-end, including...

  • FASB continues to have a substantial agenda affecting private companies and not-for-profit organizations, including software costs, government grants, debt exchanges and related accounting issues, digital assets, intangibles, and financial key performance indicators.
  • Audit and assurance expectations are changing as organizations use AI and other technology in financial reporting and business processes. Finance teams need to understand how auditors are thinking about governance, controls, data, evidence, and risk.
  • Connecticut employers should be preparing for 2027 implementation deadlines in areas including privacy, AI, employment practices, and data governance.
