Overview

Leadership resilience is like mastering your golf game — every setback is an opportunity to adjust your swing and improve your strategy.

In this session, Cindy Miller, a Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) golfer and coach, brings her unique perspective to explore how the principles of the game apply to leadership.

Learn how to:

  • Recover from professional "bogeys"
  • Stay focused under pressure
  • Lead with confidence when the course gets tough

She will be joined by Candice Miller, a seasoned business development coach, who brings practical strategies for rebuilding momentum, strengthening client relationships, and leading with confidence when plans stall.

Alexandria Romero, Director - CPA Pipeline at AICPA and CIMA, who is also a graduate of our AICPA Leadership Academy Program, Chair of the EDGE Leadership Track at ENGAGE, and a 2025 Global Women to Watch Honoree, rounds off an incredible list of female finance professionals.
