Nicola, Yester & Company, P.C. is delighted to celebrate its 40th anniversary, marking four decades of dedicated service to businesses and individuals, along with a longstanding commitment to supporting charities and community organizations. 

Founded on October 1, 1986, by Timothy J. Nicola, CPA, and Norman J. Yester, CPA, the firm began as the shared vision of two trusted advisors who wanted to help clients achieve their professional and personal goals while building meaningful, lasting relationships. Since opening with just four employees, Nicola | Yester has grown into a team of 25 and continues to proudly serve closely held businesses with care, integrity, and expertise. 

The firm is also honored to have been named a Hartford Business Journal Best Place to Work, a recognition reflected in the loyalty and longevity of its dedicated staff.
