This course will help teams and individuals improve their problem solving and decision making, especially while under pressure. Utilizing proven critical thinking tools and techniques, attendees will learn how to grow their creativity, increase ideas and innovation, and strategically solve challenges using a 360-degree perspective. The workshop will also help people deal with change and create change within the organization.
