Anytime Subscription FAQs
Our Anytime Subscription is valid for one year from date of purchase.
Those who purchase an individual self-study course have up to 90 days after the date of purchase to complete the course and take the exam.
About Anytime
You will have unlimited access to all Society self-study courses that are included in Anytime and can be viewed on the Society’s course search. You will also be able to access any new self-study courses that are added during your subscription.
For help navigating the platform, refer to the Frequently Asked Questions course you are enrolled in at the time of your first purchase. This contains a video with helpful assistance in navigating, enrolling, and completing courses.
You can buy an individual self-study course at any time and watch it in Anytime, or you can purchase unlimited access to Anytime and select from more than 100 courses in A&A, tax, ethics, and technology for one year from the date of purchase.

Accessing Anytime
Your access to Anytime begins within an hour of your purchase of your subscription and ends one year from date of purchase for Anytime subscriptions and 90 days from date of purchase for individual on-demand courses.
To access Anytime, log in to your CTCPA account and go to Access Self-Study from the My Professional Development menu. Click the link under CTCPA Anytime CPE Subscription.
You can also visit anytime.ctcpas.org. (Note: If you have not purchased an Anytime item, you will not be able to log in.)
Go to the login page, select Forgot Password, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Yes, non-members may take as many individual courses as desired or purchase an unlimited subscription to Anytime at a slightly higher rate.
All Anytime courses are NASBA-approved, making them accepted for CPE credit in all states.
You can check your list of completed courses in your CPE Transcript. Individual self-study courses in Anytime cannot be recompleted for additional certificates.
Watching Your Courses
Once on the Anytime site, navigate to the course you are interested in and click the blue “enroll” button on the right side. Once enrolled, you can begin viewing immediately or go to My Courses to watch later.

You can continue watching any of your courses through the My Courses page available through the menu in the top left corner.
The course video will remain available for the duration of your Anytime subscription. For single-course purchases, the video will remain available for the 90-day period of purchase. If a course becomes out-of-date, it may be taken down.
If you are enrolled in a course that is scheduled to be taken down, you will still have the allotted 90 days to complete the course.
Getting Credit
Certificates of completion are available via the menu in the top left corner (under Certificates of Completion) and the individual course with a ribbon next to it. If you have no ribbon, your course has not yet been completed. CPE credits will also be loaded into your CPE tracker on the CTCPA website.
Yes. To activate the final exam questions, you must first complete the review questions that appear during the course video. Once the course video is complete, you will be able to take the final exam.
You can take the exam as many times as you need within your valid subscription period or within 90 days of the single-course purchase to earn a passing grade of 70%.
There is no need to retake the review questions. You have two attempts to correctly answer the review question. After that point, the correct answer is provided, along with a brief explanation of the answer.
Yes, Anytime courses qualify as interactive individual/self-study. NASBA Registry-approved individual study courses qualify under this standard.
Cancellation
Our goal is to make every effort to ensure you have a positive experience with our on-demand course system. If you are unhappy or having any concerns about our services at any time, please contact us immediately at 860-258-4800 Option #1, or cpe@ctcpas.org.
- Individual course registrations: If you are dissatisfied with a course that you have registered for, let us know prior to completing the final exam and we will provide you a full credit to register for any of our other course offerings. We cannot offer refunds or credit for courses where you have received CPE credit.
- Unlimited access: Unlimited access to Anytime requires an annual commitment. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. In the event you have earned CPE credit in the first 30 days, you will be charged $25 per CPE credit earned and this will be subtracted from your refund amount. No refunds will be provided for mid-year cancellations requested more than 30 days after purchase.
