Having a mix of in-office and remote worker (i.e. you allow “hybrid work”), requires that firms must not just rethink their staff schedule policies, but rethink their entire operations. She is a past board member of the Gallipolis Junior Women’s Club, the Downtown Revitalization Board, and the Gallipolis Historical Preservation Board among other organizations.
