William O'Sullivan Esq

William J. O’Sullivan, a principal of Baker O’Sullivan & Bliss PC, in Wethersfield, litigates business and property disputes at both the trial and appellate levels. He primarily represents individuals and closely held businesses. He has tried cases in such areas as employment, trade secret, non-competes, fraud, alter ego, fraudulent transfer, civil theft, property condemnation, and franchise law, as well as a variety of contract cases. He also handles creditors’ rights work, such as collections, foreclosures, and replevins. Attorney O’Sullivan is a member of the Statewide Grievance Committee, and is the founder and chair of the Business Litigation Subcommittee of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Litigation Section. He is active in college Mock Trial as a coach and judge. Attorney O'Sullivan joined Baker O'Sullivan & Bliss PC (then known as Baker & Fulco) in 1993. He became a shareholder of the firm in 1997.
