Linnea J. Levine, Esq.

Linnea J. Levine, Esq. is admitted to practice law, both in New York, Connecticut and the federal courts in both states. She received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1990 and her ABA approved certification as an Elder Law Attorney from the National Foundation of Elder Law Attorneys, approved by the American Bar Association in 1999. She has maintained her certified status. For the past twenty-one years, her practice has concentrated on the sensitive and complex fields of elder law, probate, estate and special needs planning, and collaborative divorce for families with a disabled spouse or child. She maintains law offices at 600 Mamaroneck Avenue, 4th Floor, Harrison, NY 10528 and at 2009 Summer St., 2nd Floor, Stamford, CT 06905, Tel 203 557-0850, e-mail Linnea has been invited to speak at various courses sponsored by the New York State Bar Association on Medicaid and Guardianship laws and at continuing legal education seminars on elder law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is the President –Elect of NAELA’s local Connecticut Chapter. She is a member of the Special Needs Alliance. Linnea is also a member of the New York State Bar Association (Elder Law, Trusts and Estates Section, and Family Law Sections) and the Connecticut Bar Association (Elder Law Section). She has also served on the Board of Directors and as the Chair of both the Elder Law Committee and the Law Practice Management Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association.
