Our presenters, Robert Morris and George Kasper, are attorneys at Pullman & Comley LLC.

Attorney Morris leads the Tax Section of the firm's Business Organizations and Finance Department. He has extensive experience in federal and state tax planning and disputes, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, partnership and limited liability issues, private securities offerings and estate planning.

Attorney Kasper is in the firm’s Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits practice group and advises employers and plan fiduciaries on all types of employee benefit plans, including defined benefit pension plans, 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, as well as group health and welfare benefit plans.
