Post University recently inducted a dozen honorees into its new Hall of Fame as
part of the school's year-long 125th anniversary celebration. The inaugural group
of 12 inductees represent the "best of the best" of Post's alumni, faculty and staff,
and supporters, and were selected from more than 50 nominations received from
Daniel Kusaila, a partner with Crowe Horwath (formerly Saslow Lufkin & Buggy)
in Simsbury, was among those inducted. He received a B.S. in accounting from
Post University in 1999 and now sits on the school's Accounting Advisory Board
and has "continually worked to provide employment opportunities and scholarship
dollars to Post students."
CTCPA Past President Noelle Taddei, an associate professor of accounting
at Post University, explained that "Dan's relationship with Post did not end at
commencement, but rather took on momentum." He and his firm actively recruit
Post University accounting majors for internships and career hires and, to date, have
provided nine students with the opportunity to begin their careers with the firm.
