Accounting Scholarship Foundation Golf Tournament

Overview

The annual Connecticut Society of CPAs Accounting Scholarship Foundation Golf Tournament, now in its 24th year, brings CTCPA members, clients, and supporters to golf courses throughout the state.

All proceeds benefit the CTCPA Accounting Scholarship Foundation to help tomorrow’s accounting professionals by providing scholarships and grants to accounting students at Connecticut high schools, colleges, and universities.

Schedule:

8:30 a.m.: Registration; driving range and putting green open.
Breakfast on the patio (pancakes, eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, fruit, and toast station)

10 a.m.: Shotgun start

2:30 p.m.: Cocktail hour with open bar and hors d'oeuvres

3:30 p.m.: Awards, raffles, and buffet dinner (beef medallions, New England cod, chicken florentine, penne marinara, roasted potatoes, and vegetable medley).

Pick your format: Scramble or best two of four, best ball (prior format).

The tournament contests will be decided by the best two balls of the foursome competing in Team Low Gross, Team Low Net, Closest to the Pin, and Closest to the Line. You can also try your luck at the Frank Frago Nifty-Fifty, and a high-end teacup raffle.
