Peer Review

The Connecticut Society of CPAs administers the AICPA Peer Review Program for firms with main offices in Connecticut. Firms not associated with the AICPA may participate in the CTCPA Peer Review Program. Firms that are required to be registered with and inspected by the Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) have their peer review administered by the AICPA National Peer Review Committee (National PRC), which can be contacted at 919-402-4502.

Read the Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 389 and Connecticut State Board of Accountancy regulations, which set the professional standards.
